Class 7 Science NCERT Solutions Chapter-wise Brief

Chapter 1: Nutrition in Plants
In this chapter, you will learn different topics related to nutrition in animals. The chapter starts with the mode of taking food into the body, and then the human digestive system is described in detail with a well-illustrated diagram. This chapter deals with the mode of nutrition and how living organisms overcome their need for food and nutrition. In this chapter, you will also learn about saprotrophic nutrition, how nutrients are replenished in the soil.
Chapter 3: Heat
In the chapter, students understand, how do we find out whether an object is hot or cold, how to measure temperature. Further, you will learn about laboratory thermometer, transfer of heat and the kind of clothes we wear in summer and winters.
Chapter 4: Acids, Bases and Salts
